Attorney Profiles

Melissa Suarez Miller is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Law. Prior to joining the firm as an attorney, she assisted Kathryn Williams, P.A. for several years with legal writing and research while completing a legal clerkship with the North Carolina Institute for Constitutional Law and serving as Executive Director of a local charity. She has completed legal internships with the United States Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of North Carolina and the Wake County (NC) District Attorney's Office. Her diverse legal experience give her a unique perspective on the complexities of workers' compensation litigation.

Ms. Miller completed her undergraduate degree at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She is a native of Oconee County, SC.
